Indira Neufville is a dynamic strategist with a background in communications, development and donor relations. Her work centers uplifting social justice causes and building community through thoughtful, strategic support.

She has managed stewardship communications for over 1,200 recurring donors, maintained a database of more than 180k records, and supported senior leadership with materials that advanced fundraising and engagement.

Indira supports Intuitive Wellness outreach, strategic messaging, press releases and communications. She also supports digital storytelling and streamlining of our internal systems to help amplify our work and strengthen community ties.

Her efforts are helping to advance our commitment to accessible, holistic, community-rooted care for Baltimore residents and to offer gentle, attentive, dignified care and resources for birthing people and their postpartum journeys.
