Code of Conduct

Massage at Camille Intuitive Wellness is for therapeutic and restorative purposes. Any inappropriate or suggestive behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session at the client's expense.

Cancellation policy

Please give 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment in consideration of other clients and practitioners and to retain the value of your service. We require that an active credit card or gift card be kept on file for any future transactions and online bookings. 
No Show appointments will forfeit payments. We do understand that things come up. When the unexpected occurs or if you exhibit sudden onset of COVID19 symptoms please call or message 833-526-7019.

Arrival

Your practitioner will be available to unlock the front entrance 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  Please be aware that we are a small business without front desk support.  Your practitioner will be in session and unable to respond to calls or open the front entrance fro early arrivals.

Covid & Public Health Policies

You will receive a public health intake form to review health concerns, symptoms and exposures. Please complete this information to the best of your ability, and consider any health conditions or infections from individuals in your intimate spaces (home, work, personal). Sharing this information helps our staff and other clients who are occupying our space to operate responsibly under best practices. Thank you for helping us  maintain your health & safety.

Covid and Masking

We are committed to your health and the health of our practitioners. Your therapist will wear a mask before entering & during services. Patrons are no longer required to wear masks, however one will be provided for you at your request. During upticks in Covid cases, we will require everyone who enters the building to be masked.  If you do not arrive with a face mask, one will be provided for you. Modifications will be made for clients who have asthma or pre-existing respiratory conditions. Please make us aware if you or anyone in your household is immunosuppressed,  a transplant recipient, undergoing chemotherapy or managing  an autoimmune disorder so that we may take further measures to protect your health and your loved one's health.   We ask clients to put away and cease use of cellular and screened devices and watches before sanitizing hands and entering treatment rooms. Clients have a legal obligation to contact our practice if they experience any of the 11 above listed symptoms or test positive for COVID19 within 2 days after your appointment. Prenatal Bodywork

Prenatal massage is offered after the 1st trimester or 13th week of pregnancy and can begin as soon as a mother' feels ready to receive as long as she is not experiencing any contraindications such as: preeclampsia, high blood pressure, swelling or disturbed vision or breathing.

Postpartum Bodywork

Postnatal body work is tailored to support transitions after labor & delivery & miscarriage. Postnatal bodywork can begin as soon as a mother' feels ready to receive  as long as she is not expressing any contraindications to receiving bodywork, such as: eclampsia, very heavy bleeding, high blood pressure, swelling, disturbed vision or breathing.  Certain positioning and areas are contraindicated for persons who have undergone Cesarean sections or surgical interventions before 8 weeks postpartum, or at their care provider's discretion.  Special attention is given to  ilio-sacral & pelvic shifts, and to neck & shoulder strain related to caring for a newborn . We give  particular focus to the impact of nursing and feeding postures.

Safe Space for Healing

Our aim is for you to be at home in your body and to  create safe and dignified spaces for healing. Our understanding is that feeling safe is essential for healing to take place. If there is anything we can do to support your comfort or safety, please let us know. If at anytime you feel you need to pause or stop your session, we support your agency.

Gratuity

Tipping is never expected and always greatly appreciated. If you wish to tip, your therapist can receive your gift through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or cash payment. QR codes are displayed at the front desk at checkout and can be found under your practitioner's online profile.
