curating safe & beautiful environments for healing. Her touch is very fluid, strong, intuitive, nurturing and precise. She integrates a broad range of stretching, joint manipulation, cupping, hot stone work and deep-myofascial techniques to effectively release neck, shoulder, hip and low back tension and support headache relief. A committed birth worker, she is dedicated to Prenatal and Postnatal bodywork in support of healthy pre and post birth and miscarriage transitions. Her approach is shaped by the traditions & bodywork studied while learning and living abroad.
