Ana Rodney
Maternal health advocate, educator, and holistic healer
Ana Rodney is a maternal health advocate, educator, and holistic healer with nearly two decades of experience supporting families. She has served as a doula for 18 years, walking alongside birthing people through every stage of their reproductive journeys with compassion and wisdom.
Ana is the Founder and former Executive Director of MOMCares, a nonprofit that supported Black mothers with NICU experiences in Baltimore, providing critical care, advocacy, and community healing. Her leadership through MOMCares has been recognized nationally as a model for maternal health equity and support.
As a Reiki Master, RYT 200-hour yoga instructor, sound bowl healer, and kitchen herbalist, Ana brings a multidimensional approach to wellness that integrates body, mind, and spirit. She has also spent five years as a trainer with Doula Trainings International, teaching and mentoring doulas nationwide in full-spectrum, trauma-informed care.
