What is your cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment in consideration of other clients and your practitioners. When a medical or family emergency occurs, please call or message us at 443-653-3165 . You may cancel & reschedule your appointment directly through your Square appointment link at any time or when you receive your appointment confirmation. Your appointment time is designated just for you! If your cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, without communication or if you confirm and "no show" for your session, full payment is required in order to pay your therapist for their time.
