75 minutes of thorough therapeutic hot stone work calibrated to your comfort thermostat. This is a great approach and a good amount of time to address your specific therapeutic aims with heat and still have time to connect the whole body. Hot stones are great for ironing out adhesions, knots, and tension as they override anxiety and stress held in your physical body.
